Delivery, Returns and Discounts:
CBD Drinks UK sells predominantly perishable products, and for this reason we cannot accept returns. If any products are returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. CBD Drinks UK will never request a package to be returned due to customs or duty charges. If a package is returned to us by a courier, any refunds issued will be reduced by £8.50 to cover delivery costs incurred by CBD Drinks UK. CBD Drinks UK will not refund or resend any orders where an incorrect or incomplete address is given by the customer. If a package is taken to a customer pick up point, it is the responsibility of the customer to collect the package. CBD Drinks UK will not refund any orders that are not collected in the time frame set out by the courier. CBD Drinks UK reserves the right to send replacement goods in the event of damage or loss as opposed to refunding the value of the goods. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to the terms set out in our Delivery Information section. We reserve the right to change the courier option on an order if we deem it to be necessary or appropriate. Order issues (damage, incorrect items etc.) must be reported to us within 5 working days of the order delivery. We aim to dispatch all orders made before 2pm (Mon-Fri) the same day, however this is not a guarantee and dispatch can take up to 7 working days from the order date. An order will not be considered late until 5 working days after dispatch in the UK. Refunds for postage fees will not be issued under any circumstances including late deliveries, damage or loss.
Order Cancellations and Amendments:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Amendments to orders are at the company’s discretion.
Our Rights:
