With so many types of different CBD products around, it can sometimes be difficult to decide which is best for you. In this blog, we go through all the options so you can make the most informed choice.

CBD Drinks:

CBD drinks are a convenient and tasty way to consume CBD. We stock major trusted brands such as Trip and Goodrays, who have a range of different flavour combinations to choose from.

If you want to take CBD on the go, or while cooking or watching TV, then CBD drinks are a great option. Your body absorbs CBD at different speeds depending on the method of consumption, and drinks offer one of the faster absorption rates.

Also, if you want to cut down on alcohol consumption, CBD drinks are a great alternative to relax and unwind without the hangovers and excess calories.

CBD Edibles:

Much like CBD drinks, edibles are a convenient and tasty way of taking CBD. Edibles are available in a wide variety of flavours, most of which are low calorie and suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

CBD edibles don’t absorb as quickly as in the drinks as they’re broken down by your body over a longer period. However, there are upsides to this in terms of sleep and reduced inflammation. Taking edibles daily will allow the CBD to build up in your system, making them a good long term option. Although you’re less likely to experience significant immediate effects compared with drinks, vapes and oils.

CBD Oils:

Consuming CBD oil is a good middle ground between drinks and edibles. We recommend that you take CBD oil sublingually (putting drops under your tongue), which isn’t as convenient as drinking or eating CBD, but it does mean that you get both the more immediate and long term effects.

CBD oil is usually made with MCT oil which, like the edibles, is usually suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

CBD Vapes:

Vaping CBD is the quickest way to get it into your system. When inhaled, it takes just a few minutes for CBD to be absorbed, meaning that if you’re looking for immediate effects, then CBD vapes are a great option for you.

Much like drinks and edibles, CBD vapes are a very convenient way of consumption. Also, you don’t need to take many drags to get your desired dose. Just one or two is usually enough.

*It is not recommended that individuals consume more than 70mg of CBD per day.
